The goal of the AARR section is to quiz you on all of Alan Aragon’s Research Reviews from 2016 and 2017. At the most basic level this is an attempt to push you to read the 600+ pages of very well written pieces pertinent to all things health and fitness.

You can purchase a subscription to AARR here, as I cannot give away this painstakingly produced content. For 10 dollars, you literally get to download almost a decade of work.

However, the ultimate goal is not for you to just read all this research related aterial, but to be able to do it. The best way to learn how is to produce this kind of content is to read and read and read quality works and then copy the format and write yourself.
